Terms and Conditions
- Enrollment prior to August 15, 2024 receives $200 discount for eight weeks
- Deposit of $2,000 processed at enrollment to secure spot and is fully refundable until September 15, 2024
- Deposit must be submitted online by credit card or e-check at the time of application and is payable at enrollment to confirm the spot. (accept AMEX, VISA, MC)
- After the deposit has been made – the family has the option to pay in full, or remaining balance is to be paid in 4 equal non-refundable installments due on October 1st, December 1st, February 1st, and April 1st.
- SIBLING Discount – $200 for each additional child
- 3.5% fee added for paying by credit card, no fee for e-check payments
- ANY reduction or lateral change in session status is based on availability and subject to a $2500 fee
Camp Refund Policy:
- All cancellations must be made in writing.
- Cancellation Insurance – In order to help protect your investment in camp, we are offering a Tuition Assurance Program.
Tuition Assurance Program (Insurance):
- Must be purchased at time of enrollment deposit
- May cancel for any reason, in writing
- Only avenue for refunds or credits
- Full refund if cancel by December 1
- Dec 2-April 1, Camp will keep 20% of total tuition as future credit
- April 2-May 31, Camp will keep 40% of total tuition as future credit
- After June 1, Camp will keep 50% of total tuition as future credit
