FACILITIES

Camp Kawaga sits on 100 beautifully wooded acres surrounded on three sides by Lake Kawaguesaga. Our site is not only picturesque, it’s intimate. Boys can see their cabins from any point in the main part of Camp.
We have three softball fields, five full basketball courts, three tennis courts, three soccer/football fields, a full hockey rink, two sand volleyball courts, a tramp-ball court, and ranges for archery and riflery.
There’s a boathouse for four ski boats, two docks for skiing, two for swimming (one with a waterslide, raft, and trampoline), and one for fishing. We have sailboats, canoes, paddleboats, and a pontoon boat. We also have a premier slalom ski course.

No wonder why boys sleep well at Camp Kawaga!

Our spectacular all-new Mess Hall with its state-of-the art-kitchen seats 250, so we all eat together. The Rec Hall is where we watch movies and plays. Other buildings you should know about: the Council Ring (for our special Sunday night summits), Crow’s Nest (our infirmary, staffed by three RNs and visiting doctors), Bide-a-Wee (Ty and Lauren’s home), the Pineneedle Office (our programming hub), the Big House with an indoor climbing wall (for active rainy-day activities), and the Arts & Crafts Shop.
